Talk of the Town wants you to enjoy the high quality items we have on our site. However, if the unthinkable happens and you receive damaged items, you may contact us at (256) 259-2331 during normal business hours Mon. - Fri. 9:00 a.m. through 5 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. until 3 p.m.

In order to receive a refund, we must receive your items within 30 days of your order. All items must be returned completely unused and in new condition. Your credit card will be credited or you will receive a Paypal refund, whichever payment method you used for your purchase on our site.

There will be a 15% re-stocking fee taken from the refund and you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred to ship the items back to us. Please send damaged items to: Talk of the Town, 3509 South Broad Street, Suite 202, Scottsboro, AL 35769. We recommend insurance for any items shipped. The appropriate refund amount will be issued to you after receipt and inspection of the returned items.
